Why we built Dinorant
We have all been there: staring at a menu in a language we do not speak, pointing at random items, and hoping for the best. For those with food allergies, this is not just awkward — it can be dangerous.
Dinorant was born from that moment. We wanted a tool that goes beyond word-for-word translation and gives you real context — what a dish is, what is in it, and whether it is safe for your dietary needs.
Menu translation was our first answer. The Dining Agent is the next step: instead of decoding the menu in front of you, it reads menus across a whole neighborhood and tells you where you can eat — before you even leave the hotel.
Our goal is the same in both: remove the guesswork from dining abroad so every meal can be an adventure, not a gamble.
